I managed the end-to-end development and execution of the digital social media campaign for inSOURCE Financial Advisors' Paid Graduate Apprenticeship (PGA) Program. This campaign targeted recent graduates with an interest in financial services careers, using platform-specific creative and strategic messaging to drive awareness and applications.
From initial concept through final deployment, I handled every element—including strategy, design, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
This campaign earned a 2025 GDUSA American Inhouse Design Award, recognizing its creative execution, cross-platform engagement, and effective audience targeting.
